Eat Well

We have been looking at different food groups and what it means when we say a balanced diet.  You can see here a part completed “Eat Well” Plate for a full day – breakfast, lunch, tea and snack.  Can you identify what is missing?

Before you make a comment though this meal has to be suitable for a vegetarian!  Can you think of something?!

    Breakfast-cheese toasty orange juice
    Snack-apple milk
    Lunch-pasta with salad
    Tea-vegetarian lasagne water
    Pudding-chocolate cake!

    Last week cherry class was doing a eat well plate some people was doing different things are group had to do a vegetarian meals and I enjoyed it .
